The staff ALVIN and WAYNE were very helpful. ALVIN went the extra mile to help me register my SIM HICard. Although itvwas not part of his job scope, he went out of his way to do it. Especially so as it was early in the morning. Greatly appreciated.

Room is clean, convenience place, walking distance to train. Staff friendly and helpful. Many food available and even in the early morning. 附近很多吃的东西，很多选择，酒店房间虽然不是很大，但是足够两个人。前台很专业，可以介绍给你很多好玩儿好吃的地方。地铁站不远，走路不到十分钟就到了，非常方便。

We recently stayed here for nearly a week while we sorted out a problem with our Australian visa. The front desk staff were kind and compassionate and are to be commended. The facilities were basic but clean, the mattress comfortable and the immediate area interesting with a range of food from food courts to chic cafes. It was helpful to have two, possibly three, MRT stations within easy walking distance. Lavendar station is particularly convenient for Changi Airport. It’s a very reasonable option if you’re looking for accommodation that is clean and central.

great location surrounded by lots of food. reception very knowledgeable, gave detail information. always very welcoming and polite. room with window will be more spacious. cons: 9 minutes walking distance to 2 MRT.

It's not hotel It's a cage, staff no polite and always look at you with surprise face The rooms (cell) in minimum standard Very very bad smell, AC out of your control and only on without setting I had to be there by my agent choice and temporary stay Unfortunately no any surveys for these areas No restaurant No pantry No mini bar No ..... Don't choose If you stay in street maybe not happy but definitely in this will be disappointed 😞
